Our five-year Strategic Plan (2020/21–2024/25) lays the foundation for all our work by outlining our vision, mandate, theory of change, guiding principles, strategic priorities and approach to understanding our impact on promoting and protecting human rights in the province.
Development and implementation of our Strategic Plan relies on regular internal planning sessions, engagement with stakeholders across the province to ensure our strategic priorities resonate and ongoing monitoring and evaluation of the Plan’s relevance and our progress on implementation.
Our Strategic Plan is a living document and has been created to ensure responsiveness to the evolving context in which we operate.
