Thank you for your interest in having a BCOHRC representative participate in your event or initiative.
We recommend that you submit your request at least eight to 12 (8-12) weeks prior to the event to allow enough time for our team to review and respond to your request.
After submitting the completed form, your request will be reviewed by a member of our engagement team and you may be contacted for additional details.

Your contact information and description of your event will not be shared outside the BCOHRC and will be stored on a secure, password protected server.
